The 210 m² house is set in a 1,300 m² garden with flowers and fruit trees. It features a double barbecue, large stone table under the mulberry tree, basketball area, terrace with fig tree, outdoor shower, and restroom. In summer, a small private pool is set up, and just a few meters away you'll find the communal pool, sports courts, table tennis, and playground. The spacious porch with arches, equipped year-round with thermal curtains and heaters, is perfect for celebrations. The living-dining room has a fireplace, sofas, TV, and board games. There's also a workspace and parking in the development. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, and another bathroom.
